9:00 - 12:00 PM C / B / A : 20-minute sessions x3
*9:15 - 10:00 AM NRS Class / Written Exam
*10:20- 10:40 AM NRS On-Track Practice (in B group)*
*11:20 - 11:40 AM NRS Rider Evaluation*
12:00 - 1:00 PM Lunch
*1:00 - 1:15 PM NRS Race Start Practice*
1:15 - 2:00 PM A / B / C : 15-minute sessions
*2:00 - 2:15PM NRS Mock Race (4 Laps)*
2:15 - 3:00 PM A / B / C : 15-minute sessions
