We understand that speed bumps in life can force us to change our best laid plans, however, we have a no cash back or credit refund policy.
More than 7 days before the event, you can move your ticket to a future event or sell and transfer to somebody else. The ticket may only be moved once to another event within the same season. If the ticket is sold and/or transferred to a third party, it cannot be moved to a different event.
Less than 7 days before the event, there is a 100% no cancellation, change, or transfer.
Discounted tickets are not for resale nor transferable to another party.
Please remember, these are rain or shine track day events. No refunds or credits provided due to weather.
At no time will any track day credits, coupons, discounts or gift certificates be available for the following year and must be used in the current year.
Exceptions are at the discretion of Fun Track Dayz and may be subject to a minimum Registration Processing Fee (RPF) of no less than $25 and may include up to the difference between retail and discount pricing.
If your desired group is sold out, DO NOT sign up for the wrong group just to get in. Only ride in the group that suits you best. If our event is sold out you may have to wait until a spot opens in the correct group if you are pulled from the wrong group.

Pretty much anything! Depending on the track, your motorcycle has to be 125cc or 250cc and above. It must be mechanically in working order, and depending on the motorcycle you might have to ride in the Novice group. Please remember certain tracks, such as WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca and Sonoma Raceway, have sound restrictions, so you may be required to put a stock exhaust on or a baffle in the aftermarket exhaust on your motorcycle.
Please contact info@funtrackdayz.com with any questions regarding your motorcycle!
-
In order to remove distractions for yourself and other riders, you must remove or tape off and fold in your mirrors, unplug or tape off your lights, indicators, brake lights and tape your wheel weights. We recommend safety wiring GoPros mounted to the motorcycle or helmet. There is a bike prep station at the track in case you need help with any of the above.
-
Check your brake pads, make sure they are not worn out. Your tires must be well above the wear bars, make sure to check your tire pressure. If you are not sure what tire pressure you should run, check with our tire provider. Ensure your brake lines, forks, seals and any other parts of the bike are not leaking any fluids. Make sure your throttle is self closing. Check your oil, tighten your filter, drain plug, bars/rear sets and make sure all your bodywork is securely fastened. Additionally, check your chain adjustment and coolant levels.
If any of these don’t check out during tech inspection, you will not be allowed out on the track.
-
You need a DOT full face helmet (no modular helmets, sorry!), one piece leather or two piece leather suit that zips together, gloves and boots. You can wear a textile one piece or two piece suit that zips together with protective armor in the Novice group, but we highly recommend wearing leathers.
-
For additional protection wear a back protector or an air vest. We recommend wearing ear plugs which are available at registration. Ear plugs reduce outside noises allowing you to concentrate and focus more.
-
We do offer a limited selection of leathers and different sizes of Arai helmets for the rider's use.
-
While Fun Track Dayz does not offer motorcycle rentals, however, Rumble Strip Rentals does. Please visit their website to see which of our events they will be at.
-
Yes. Signing up for Novice group will enable you to participate in the lead and follow session to learn the track layout and race lines. It will also allow you to attend all the classes to learn a lot of useful tips and techniques on how to go even faster in a safe manner which in turn will make your street riding safer.
Once you learn the track and feel like you’re ready for the next group, an instructor will evaluate you and if space is available, we will work with you to get you moved up.
-
The age requirements vary by track, however, vetted riders in 2020 can be as young as 13 years old to ride at Thunderhill Raceway Park, 16 years old at Sonoma Raceway (Sears Point) and 18 years old to ride at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.
